Within the Mendix Modeler go to -->Project Module Name -->Right click and select “Export documentation” option which will provide you the required documentation.

Or use one of the appstore components, in case you need more advanced features.

I think you are looking for a way to generate a document such as pdf, right? There is a documentation on how to use document templates and how to propagate your data into them. However, this out of the box functionality did not age well and comes with drawbacks. You might want to check if you can cover your requirements with that – or read into the available document generation modules from the app store.
