[Native Mobile] Popup box that slides up from bottom of page

Hey everyone, I am trying to create a small popup that slides up from the bottom of the mobile page and upon popping up it darkens/blurs the background behind it. I need the popup to only cover about maybe ¼ or 1/5 of the page at the bottom. As for the popups content, it will store an image and some text. Currently trying to create a custom widget to see if its possible but would be great to know if there is another more efficient way of doing it as I am still really new to this and can’t find much on it on the forum.
