I’m not sure if this is a genuine question, but I’d like to suggest VS Code.

While VS Code isn’t as full featured as Eclipse, I’ve found it very capable when i comes to writing Java Actions if you have the Java Extension Pack plugin installed. I’ve personally found Eclipse very resource hungry and difficult to use compared to VS Code.
