Camera Widget and take photo

Hi every one I am trying to create a page to can take a photo by the camera. - my first question is why I can not see “HeroHeader Selfi” in building block because I am following the demo video that I found linked below: https://mendix.hubs.vidyard.com/watch/388bckS4X6JcbPefz22UJX - and my second question is why I can not see camera widget in toolbox
