How to Add Blocking Progress Bar in Microflow Timer

Hi I have microflow timer which refreshes the screen after some duration. When user performs any action in screen, the microflow timer throws error if it is refreshing the screen same time. I want to add blocking to the page with progress so that user is restricted on any click in page. How I can do this inside in a microflow. Thanks in advance.
