How to setup a Sender Policy Framework for Mendix V4 environments? An external party is providing the e-mail servers and they need to modify their SPF records to allow communication from the Mendix servers, documentation mentioned on https://docs.mendix.com/developerportal/deploy/sending-email only gives details about how to do it for "Mendix mail servers" but that's no longer the case since we're running a V4 environment I believe, or am I mistaken and does this apply to both V3 and V4? After talking to Mendix support: If you are using the E-mail module with templates to send out emails then there is no need for modifying the SPF record. The Email module will simply act as an email client (e.g. Outlook) to connect to the server and to send out emails, so Mendix is out of picture when it comes to the DNS records.
