Uploading a Public UI Resource Package

Attempting upload of a public version of our UI resource package. Getting this error: The selected category is UI Resource, but I do not see any option called “sub-category.” Any help would be appreciated. BTW, this is 8.2.0

Appears the UI Resource upload capability was inactive for Public packages. The App Store team has turned on that capability now so a package can be published.
