When you are the technical contact you can delete the app by going to home.mendix.com – Settings – General – Edit App Info – Delete App.

Once you have deleted the app, the app and the project are removed from the teamserver.

Or another simple way, on Developer Portal > Apps > click the 3 dots on the upper right corner > Delete app
