Process Queue - horizontal scaling

The process queueu documentation mentions the following: IMPORTANT: This module currently does NOT support a multi-instance setup and as a result should NOT be used in a horizontally scaled environment. On the corresponding GitHub page that sentence is not there. It also looks like the GitHub is not up to date with the versions in the App Store. Can anyone here confirm if the Process Queue can or cannot be used together with horizontal scaling?

Hi Bart,

Looking at the commits on github I dont see anything about adding this feature. I’ve read in multiple places that it doesnt support horizontal scaling. There is a the Queue module in the appstore that does support this though.
