Has anyone had a project that doesn’t quick restart in the modeler. I’m working in the modeler right now doing styling type things and when I click “Run Locally” it acts like its about to quick restart the app but then when the “updating modeler” progress bar comes up for a long time, then it restarts the app, wasting lots of time.

Hi Jonathan checkout https://docs.mendix.com/howto7/front-end/style-with-gulp-and-sass much easier then restarting from the modeler. If you face issues while actually changing pages then there is indeed a bug.
