In Mendix 8 the grids have a “Hover style” property and when you set it to Yes a class is added to the grid (datagrid-hover or listview-hover for example). However, the CSS for for those classes seems to have been removed from the Atlas theme, so the grids do not actually show the hover effect. Before submitting a support ticket I wanted to see if anyone else has seen this and maybe there is something I’ve missed in my Mendix 8 upgrade. Note – I know I can add the styling in my custom styles and I’m doing that for now, but given the grids have the “Hover style” property it should be supported in the standard theme.

The hover classes were removed from the Atlas Framework by accident. I just created a new release for the Atlas Resources which has them again (v2.1.1): https://appstore.home.mendix.com/link/app/104730/
