Can anyone tell me how to add a new row to page (outer layer grid) in the desktop module? I am stuck on step 4 in the 4.9.2 module.

If you want to add a row to a layout grid, select a row by clicking the gray bar at the start of the row and then press the right mouse button to select add row from the context menu.
