Is there a way to hot reload the modeler after Model / Platform SDK executions?

I heard and saw last time a way to hot reload the modeler after Model / Platform SDK executions. The person himself did not share the hack or he simply edited the video that did look like a hot reload. For example, when you create an entity through the SDK, I simply want that the -parallel openend- modeler updates automatically this revision, so that the new entity becomes visible (without pulling the next revision manually) I thought on writing a batch script, to execute the steps involved but not sure if that is possible for those steps. Therefore wondering whether someone else has a better idea how to reach this?
