Dropdown value does not reflected on UI! But it is reflected upon reloading the page.!

I have a Edit_Page where the data renders in UI based on the selection of datagrid where the data retrieved based on X-Path. And i have Enum value’s to be displayed on Edit_Page where it does not getting changed on the drop down after updating it via microflow in which i have committed the changes of Enum status in that microflow along with refresh-in-client option enabled. But it is reflected once the page is reloaded.
