show built-in database viewer is disabled

hello guys, I am new to mendix I want to truncate the old data. basically i want to know how to run sql scripts and modify existing data. somewhere i saw that we can use the option called show built-in database viewer. but in my screen its disabled. may i know what could be the reason

Hi Syed,

The built in database viewer is used when developing so it should become available when you run your project locally. If you are trying to change your data in a cloud environment, then I recommend using a microflow to update it.
