User vs Administrator security issue

I am trying to make certain pages visible to administrator only In this menu page, When I run the app locally or in production, The app thinks tbat my is an administrator When I look at the myaccount profile locally I get: When I run the my account profile option in production I get: Please advise I might be doing wrong? The solution was to change administrator role permissions as follow in the project security option
And also the user role permissions as follow in th e project security option:
