Manage entity data

Hi, is there a possibility to manage the data of an entity? During some tests I have created more than 900 entries and most of them are junk. Thanks and regards Ingo

Numerous ways of dealing with your data;) One easy way is to just create an admin overview for this data and create delete with selection or delete all microflows.

Thanks for the quick reply. I have already an overview page for this entity. Is it possible to select multiple lines? Or exist a more complicate way to manage the stored data? I don’t want to delete roughly 800 entries with this workaround. It’s a little bit to time consuming.

Sure you can select multiple lines.

Create a delete microflow with a parameter from the entity of type list

If your datagrid has selection mode ‘single selection’ Mx will now give all of your objects in the datagrid to the microflow.

If you dont want to delete everything at once, you can set the selection mode of the datagrid to multi-selection. That way if you go to the microflow settings you can chose to pass either a selection of the user or the complete set of object to the microflow
