Image has an unknown format. BUILD FAILED on deploy

Hi, I'm trying to run my application on the cloud, but get the following error: * Checking for errors... ERROR: The project cannot be deployed, because it contains errors. ERROR at VOD, Image collection 'Images', Image 'BOD_logo': Image has an unknown format. BUILD FAILED The image is uploaded to "Images” under the module. What could be causing this? It's just a .PNG file. Please advice
