I’m having an issue with users receiving email updates. I can’t decide if I’m misunderstanding the feature or it’s just not working. Apps/My Company App/Feedback Details Into a feedback item Turn Email Updates On Add comments Feature & Close feedback Feature – User who submitted the feedback never receives an email. – – Is this the intended purpose of this button?
