It is not possible to display a pop-up page in the middle of a microflow. What you can do is create a microflow that is showing the pop-up page. On this pop-up page you can add for example a button [OK] that will trigger a microflow with the remaining part of your logic.
A microflow is not the same as a workflow (in SAP).
