Hi Are there any HTML5 camera widgets or do I have to implement this myself in order to deal with device camera crashing?

There is currently no camera widget based on HTML5. If you want to try it yourself this stackoverflow might be a good start: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/9431475/html5-camera-access

But we might help you to pinpoint why the current widget is not working / crashing. Android or IOS? Does it crash consistently? Hybrid mode?
