How do people feel about the webmodeler compared to the desktop modeler?

Hi, purely out of curiosity, are there people who prefer the webmodeler over the desktop modeler for certain functions or completely? Personally, I tend to avoid the webmodeler as the navigation through your application feels counterintuitive to me. I love the project explorer structure in the desktop modeler and the lack of it in the webmodeler is what hinders me mostly. How do people feel about the webmodeler?
