Run button greyed out, running in sandbox not possible

Hi team, Were several person who are developing application,. My issue is that “Run” button is greyout for me but not for others - team server is enabled - i have scrum master role like the others My deployment looks like this:

Are all the node permissions set up properly? You can find them under security → node permissions
