Passing certificates installed in the modeller through to on-premise enviornments

Hi, We have a certificate installed in the modeller locally which allows us to send some data to an internally resolvable application. How do we get this certificate passed through to the acceptance and production environments which are hosted on Cloud Foundry environment. Is this a variable that can be set? Thanks, Josh
