Page forgets the value of the pageparameter upon synchronize

In my hybrid mobile app I have a nanoflow retrieve object x and then call a page passing object x to a Dataview on that page. The page opens and shows object x, so I am authorized to see the object. So far so good. The entity of object x has a BCo that does some retrievals and changes some attributes object x. Upon finishing the BCo, the page refreshes its data, thus it refreshes the Data view containing Object x, but now it no longer has Object x available. Does anyone have any clue why the object is no longer available? PS. I also tried changing the BCo to a ACo (and adjust the entities events accordingly) but that made no difference.
