I am running the Mendix Desktop Modeler 7.22.2 on Windows 10. When I try to download an app it hangs on the “Downloading App” window. However, everything works fine if I create an app using the desktop modeler and then commit it to Team Server. The issue is only when downloading an app that already exists in Team Server. Me and another colleague of me keep getting this issue too. Due to this critical bug we can not continue development. We are also trying to download the app from the team server.
