Just this morning building a free app stalls in the build, more people have this?

Perhaps you have JAVA compile errors? I was experiencing this as well the other day.

Works fine here. Slow as allways, but it works.

The answer is found by support. The building sofware had a issue with stacking requests to deploy but did never finish. Likely they will make some changes to detect/fix this .
