Custom widget development using typescript

Hi, Can we create the custom widget in Mendix using typescript? I do see some examples at https://github.com/mendixlabs/list-view-controls If yes, is there any reference link for creating the widgets using typescript? I do see some react library as well, so is Mendix now supporting building the UI widgets using reactjs? Thanks, Pallavi

Building React widgets is in beta, while R&D is still phasing out Dojo. So yes, technically it is already supported, but not documented yet (and not encouraged as it is still somewhat limited). This will happen in some time, but I can't say when, as I am not part of the new widgets team. There will be a transition period as well, but a lot is still unclear. That's all I can say about it from an outside perspective.
