Action buttons become not clickable in offline app

After completing an inspection, the user returns to the homepage: the inspection overview. The standard synchronisation button on this page works fine, and the delete-button (showing a page) too. But 2 'call a nanoflow' action buttons have stopped working. They worked fine on the overview page when starting the app. But they stop working when the user returns to the overview after submitting an inspection. The problem only occurs on an iPhone 8, not on a Samsung A8 or S9. Closing the app and re-opening it solves the problem. But this is highly unsatisfactory. How to debug or solve this? One of the buttons is in the layout. The other is in the listview. They are both 'call nanoflow'. Thanks for any hints!
