iPhone 8 Keypad creating white space at the bottom of the screen

Hi, We started seeing this weird issue with PhoneGap builds lately. If I bring up the keypad to type the user id and password and then hide the keypad, its leaving a white space at the bottom of the screen iPhone 8 as shown in the screenshot below. Tested in iPhone X and iPhone 7. Its working fine. We are seeing this with phonegap builds taken from this week. Has anyone come cross this ? Appreciate any inputs on this.
