hi there, I was trying to put in a mendix request towards mendix support but when I click submit I get the message the Captcha failt. However, the captcha never opens and thus I cannot fill it in, nor can I submit my request. Has anyone encountered this issue or knows how to trigger the captcha manually? Already tried opening an new request but that one didn't trigger the captcha either, reopened my browser (chrome) same story. Tried Internet Explorer --> same story.

When I go directly to the support portal https://support.mendix.com and click on the login button I can raise a support request without ever having to do a recaptcha. I think you only get a recaptch if Mendix does not know you yet.
