Mx Tooltip page of data grid disappears immediately

Hi everyone! I've created a tooltip page for a data grid. But when hovering over the grid, the tooltip page shows up and disappears immediately, so that the information there isn't really readable. Does anyone know why that happens? Thank you! Regards, Laura

Hi Laura,
Are you hovering over the column that you setup the tool tip on? There is a setting on the column properties.
