We have a lot of projects, and new members (employees or stagairs) that come and go.
Everytime I make a new project I need to choose every person individually to give access to the project. When a person leaves I need to remove this user in every project. This results in a lot of clicking, I tried to automate it with the Mendix api but it seems there are no services for this. I do see something about security groups that I don't see on on sprint/cloud/developer portal.
Do we really need to add and remove a users on project level? Or can this be accomplished on a company level?
This can be accomplished on company level, by making the Mx account inactive.
