Hi all! We experienced an issue in our Prod On-Prem environment where we filled up our database connections. Two things seemed to have contributed to this 1) is related to a user refreshing the page and repeatedly requesting the same action over and over not knowing this was piling up requests and 2) Unknown System user actions running for a long time potentially contributing to the issue.   I hope someone can help explain what these unknown actions might be:
