Oauth 2.0...post successful authenticatoin/authorization, unable to get the access token post passing the authorization code (during callback) ??

using the link (https://appstore.home.mendix.com/link/app/1414/), now, I see that the url /connect/token to be called for getting the access token is not working at all...not sure if the way we are calling it is wrong from the module / something is wrong with the custom oauth provider (built in-house ). Need some help here.
