Not able to grab screenshots in iPad and android devices

Hi, I have created an app and its time for us to publish it. I'm trying to grab screenshots of the app in iPad and android phones. But its not letting me. iPhones work though. Appreciate if some one could help. Regards, Vinod.

Hi Vinod, you need to search the internet on how to take on screenshot on your android device. For example on Galaxy S7 you need to hold both home and power button.
