How to use PIN for logging on to a mobile application

Hi, Can anyone explain what the PIN required checkbox in the Mobile App deployment does exactly? Documentation is very limited.. Required outcome for my customer would be that every user has a user profile (username/password), but can by-pass that by using a PIN. In Mx6, I used the mobilePIN module, but that is not compatible with Mx7. Thank you for your reply's Regards, Micha Friede

Hi Micha,

The PIN feature works like the PIN in a banking app on your phone works. You login once using your username and password. After that you're asked to provide a PIN. The next time when you're starting the app you should be able to login using just your PIN.
