RadioButton List widget v 6.4.2 throwing error Non-persistable entities are not allowed

Hi, i have downloaded the RadioButton List widget v 6.4.2 and imported in the app but it's usage is giving an error "Non-persistable entities are not allowed". how can we use this with non-persistable entities. Can we get an updated widget which allows non-persistent entities.
