Tx Simon, unfortunately none of the videos / blogs reveals enough information on how to build a Mendix IOT application with SAP Leonardo & Blockchains.

Hi Kruno, You don't need a login to view the application. Via the app gallery you can preview the applications. For the Blockchain we published a REST API via the chaincode code. In the video we showcase how to do this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-w6jYM1J3HM. So as long as you have access to SAP Blockchain you should be able to produce your own REST API or use the Hyperledger API to integrate into it.
For the SAP IoT we have used both MQTT and REST interface. Mendix has connector on the appstore for MQTT and REST is supported by default. This is the article that we used to help build the integration:

There isn't a step by step guide, because when we built the first version of this app both the IoT service and Blockchain service were in BETA. I believe they are out of BETA service now, but i'm not 100% sure.
