Prevent automatic logout of user from the hybrid mobile app

Previously once the user logs in to the mobile app, they used be logged on for weeks. But suddenly the app is logging them out automatically. So users have to log in almost every time they are opening the app. This is happening in both iphone and android. I looked up in forum but didn't find anything relevant. How to keep the user using the mobile app logged on until they logs themselves?

I had the same issue but this is fixed in the latest version (7.16.0). When I upgraded the model to the latest version it corrected the issue (i didn't have to repackage the hybrid app, FYI).
