Scroll bar disappears after application is open for some time?

Hi everyone, we have an application running in the cloud in which the scroll bar sometimes disappears. This problem is most often observed after the application has been left open for some time, however in a few cases it happens quite fast let's say within 5 minutes after logging in. Has anyone else encountered this issue and is there a way to prevent this from happening? The major issue is when someone is hindered when they miss information at the bottom of the page, but don't necessarily notice as they cannot scroll and therefore assume they see all information.

Hi Desiree,
Does this happen on all the pages or some pages? I've encountered this as well, that was caused by the layout of the page. Try selecting or building another page layout and see if the problem still occures.
