Hi I need more than two field values, i.e not just username and password but also two more field values to login. How to achieve it using existing mechanism.

Look at the Login Form module here https://appstore.home.mendix.com/link/app/87/ I am sure you should be able to customize the login page with a few additional fields and validations.
