Our users have been experiencing a lot of logging in and connection issues recently with our application. When signing in, it sometimes takes several attempts before it logs a user in. While navigating the application, they experience a lot of connection error messages that say "Connection error occurred, please try again". Sometimes they are able to close the connection error messages and move on, other times the application freezes and they have to close the application and sign in again. We do not see any error messages in the logs for these connection error messages. Any suggestions on how we can address this issue or troubleshoot this issue is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
