Background for the Web Form

Is it possible to display a background picture for the whole web form? As in whole I mean a picture that is displayed starting from the end of the banner till the footer. If yes, please help me on how this can be done. Thanks.

I think this is only possible with a custom widget in Mendix 4. There used to be a "body class changer" in the App Store that would let you add a class per page, however I can't find it in the App Store anymore...
