We want to create an App that could be used by a lot of users, but this app needs to be created in the free edition. So my question is: What is the limit of anomynous users in a sandox environment. I have red that the limit of users is 10, but is this the limit of 10 users in the App itself or the limit of users that are currently using the App? And is this the same for anonymous users?

I might be wrong here but I thought you could only have 10 concurrent users. Does not matter if those are anonymous or not.
So what you are trying to do will not work in a free environment.
