hi iwant to know what role should be assigned to me if i want the rights to deploy anything on mendix licensed cloud or to take the back up of the database from the same cloud

You can go to the Project Security page in your Dev Portal. Here you can see your role and rights. You can also find and reach out to the Technical Contact of the project if you want to change your rights.
