Only Blue Screen visible after logging in to the application

Hi Team, We have created a new project and deployed it on a cloud node. However, some of the users of the application are not able to view anything except a blue screen (of the Blue Wave theme that we have used) after logging into the application. Can you tell what the issue is here?
