Could not retrieve version information from system tables

Hi there I am trying to start my Mendix application on a new server and i receive the above error. Version: 4.3.2 Any help will be appreciated Thanks

The database you are running on is apparently not completely empty but it also isn't a Mendix database. Should it be a clean database or did you restore some database in it already?
