Just a quick question about the community commons function library. If I want to use the library in a old 2.5 project should I use the 2.1.0 version? Or could I also use the latest 2.3 version? The documentation is a bit confusing about that.

The meta data of version 2.1.0 seems to be incorrect indeed, but that is the latest 2.5 compatible version. If you need specific functionality from a later version however, it should not be to hard to backport to 2.5 for most functions.
