Multiple parameter for a microflow to collect data

Hello, I try to collect data from a table to create a reporting chart. I managed to use a template grid to select from a table conating the years to pass the year to the microflow. But how do I create multiple filter to pass them as parameter to the data collecting microflow?

Do you need to pass the filter criteria or the result list?
If it is the result list, your microflow needs to have a list as input parameter.
